Wonderful veterinarian and staff. Dr. McInroy and her staff, especially Arlette, are so kind and informative. The ladies at the front are professional and friendly. I am so glad I picked this vet office for my Golden Doodle. I can take my time asking questions and feel very educated and happy every time I leave the office. They take appointments so there is no wait at all unlike some vet offices that are walk in only. I would recommend this place to anyone wholeheartedly.

These guys were incredible with my ragdoll cat. Summer even gave her a sanitary trim, which has been a godsent for keeping away the "code browns." The vet and tech staff is fantastic. So glad to be working with them :)

Horrible. We took a feral cat we had been feeding in our back yard for 3 years. The cat had a rash. They send a girl in with a page long treatment list with a $650 price tag. I tell them I can't afford it then were were subjeted to guilt tripping by both the nurse and the vet. It was a sales bombardment worse than at a car dealership. The vet tells me I should consider putting the cat down if I'm not going to treat her. Seriously. I only went here because they were close. the vet I normally go to who has fixed all 6 of our 7 cats just fixed another ferral cat for us who was ill and had several cuts that were sewn up, gave him his shots, as well as neutered him and antibiotics, and the cost was $140. No exaggeration. I understand thats cheap, but $650 for a skin rash....lol Forget about th skin issue or the cost. Their pricing is their pricing. I charge what I charge for what I do for a living and people can take it or leave it, no hard feelings but the mental abuse they put us through was totally out of line. Someone said they lack social skills, I'm not falling for that excuse. They just want $ and use weak sales techniqes. OK, when I got home and made this review I was hot. My wife was so pissed that a Vet would suggest euthanasia for a skin rash just to try and guilt us into paying $650 for them to take care of our cat. I texted Beverly at the "amazing small animal practice" in Gardena and she said that she was closing at 1:30pm the following day but if I got there at 9am she would help us. Imeadiately after seeing our cat she said its quite possible its a food alergy and reccomended we just change her food. She offered to do more but also said sedation would be a good idea since she was so feral. ($20) The vaccinated her, also gave her antibiotics and a flea treatment along with something I am leaving out from lack of memory and it cost me $110. Amigo Animal hospital should be ashamed of themselves. After reading the bogus reply I gave to edit this. My standards are basic. Don’t belittle me and suggest killing my cat if I don’t give you $650. I talked to 3 different people using different shaming tactics. That’s not normal. The cat by the way was almost normal a week later without all that bs you tried to force on us. The people we took her to told us by just changing her food might do the trick. No charge. I insisted that we would like some more help since we would be gone for a month. A week later my son sent a picture of a healed cat. Not gonna call you because you seem delusional. Do better. It’s not rocket science dealing with customers.

We've been coming her for 11 years and have always received great care for our pitbull. They are flexible with scheduling when needed and the tech staff in particular have always been especially friendly and sweet with our boy. Everyone always greets you with a smile and he leaves with a belly full of treats.

It is always a great pleasure being here, not only with Dr. mclnroy but the whole team. My standard poodle had surgery recently and the whole process was so smooth and reassuring. Both Dr. mclnroy and her team answer all my questions in great detail and acknowledge my concerns without judging me. I simply enjoy their professional demeanor and also how passionate they are about animal care. They are extremely accommodating and I feel all my 5 pets and I are taken care of and they tailor their care according to you and your pets needs. I recommend them to everyone I know, and I go as far as driving out from Irvine to see them. Truly a gem.
