These guys were amazing from start to finish. They took the time to show me exactly what was wrong with my brakes, explained everything clearly, and gave me a super fair price. No upselling, no pressure—just honest, straightforward service. They even went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable while the work was being done. If I can get this kind of experience again, I’ll be sticking with them for all my car maintenance from here on out. I truly appreciate the honesty, transparency, and care they put into their work. I had a flat tire this morning and Al at Alpha came to my rescue. I’m a 70 yr old woman no spare tire. He traded out a tire for me to borrow so I could go get a new one! Great customer service recommend them highly!!

Genuinely awesome service. Friendly, fast and no pressure from the staff. Quick and professional service. Alex made sure we understood everything and got us out of there fast. Will definitely be returning for any of our auto maintenance needs.

Helpful and informative fellow. Not a long wait when I came in for oil change with vehicle check and brake inspection. Was upfront about the charges and cost. May not be the cheapest, but still quite reasonable for good service.

Refused to fix my brakes because I didn’t want him to resurface my brand new rotors on my truck. Smh said it’s mandatory smh why not actually fix ppls cars who need it? Or actually replace them because you’re not doing anything good trying to bandaid anything… BAD SERVICE! BREAKS PPLS CARS.. Go in you’ll see the angry ppl yelling smh
