Wow! What an amazing young man shant F. Is ! He's very cordial. Very professional and yet very friendly and very helpful. He deserves a raise! He was easy to work with. Very patient. And kind! I would highly recommend allstate to friends and family! God bless you shant.

Shant is completely disrespectful and manipulative. I've had multiple policies for over 4 years with them. I renew my policy, Shant told me, make a bigger down payment we can keep your bill will stay the same, i make the payment and my bill goes up 80 dollars? I figured it was an honest mistake but after talking to SHANT he told me oh I remember, yeah it doesn't work. Why would you tell me to do it and not disclose that? Talked over the top of me kept cutting me off and said there's nothing he can do. So INCREDIBLY DISTASTEFUL. ******update!!! I requested to cancel my insurance because of the above, successfully canceled with a confirmation email, and SHANT CALLS ME I let him know he will never have my business again, and he tells I still am active in my policy, then confirms it's been canceled via text Now it's January 14th and somehow MAGICALLY my auto policy renewed itself and no one can telle how .....very interesting and SHADY

The first year I dealt with them where nice and trying to show how helpful they are, however they were taking me downpayment every time I renew my insurance policy and everytime I was dealing with his sister or relative sally shahrour she was so rude and not helpful and my questions was answered in a very bad way ..when my car was stolen and recovered they were fighting with Allstate mother company and their lawyers to decline my claim no matter what evidence I showed to them, however they sent me paper work saying that my car is assumed as a total loss and I have paper work from them and the case was closed on last March and I took the difference of my insurance back from them and then after few months they sent me a bill to pay and was trying to ask them what is this bill and I already closed my account with you with my car totaled but they didnt reply me and still got the guts to mail me the charge again!! Which made me cancel my renters insurance with them forever..it wasnt enough for Mr. JOSEPH HE SENT ME AN EMAIL FULL OF SARCASM WHICH AM GONNA INCLUDE AS AN ATTACHMENT
