We woke up early one morning in our Los Alamitos home to the worst possible situation — sewage backing up into our shower and bathroom floor. We were honestly panicking because we had never dealt with anything like that before and were worried about health hazards and major damage to the house. When Josh arrived, the first thing we noticed was how calm and reassuring he was. He immediately told us not to worry and walked us through exactly what he was going to do. He ran a camera through the sewer line and showed us roots and heavy buildup that were causing the blockage. Seeing the problem on video actually helped us feel more in control of the situation. Josh then used hydro-jetting to completely clear the line, and we watched the water flow normally again. By the time he left, we went from feeling scared and overwhelmed to incredibly relieved and grateful.
Our drains had been backing up repeatedly in Rossmoor, and we feared a serious sewer issue. David quickly diagnosed the problem and resolved it efficiently. Seeing everything working normally again gave us peace of mind.
We have been trying to get in contact with the owner Mike. He owes us on some outstanding balances for some sub contracting plumbing work. We have waited to hear back but just ignores us. We have avoided placing liens on properties because its unfair for home owner to have to deal with someone not paying their bills.
