I came in to get a case of waters. Self checkout was open making it a quick trip. The store was clean and inviting. They have a big selection of everything. The nice lady at self checkout even gave my daughter some stickers which totally made her night.
Disrespectful and horrible customer service from the Bakery section of this store. I came here to buy a cake for my sister's birthday not too long ago and because it's close to where I lived. It seems nearly impossible to call one of the ladies when I wanted to buy a cake displayed in front of me. When I tried to call one of them, she looked at me as if I was interrupting her work or something. She came over and got the cake I showed her and I told her it's my sister's birthday today (just to start a friendly conversation). She ignored all my remarks and said, "Here you go." whilst handing it to me. I am beyond frustrated and embarrassed. Never will I come here to buy anything at the bakery section ever again. The staffs at the albertsons in fountain valley are far more respectful and friendly.
After 7 confirmed texts n emails that came would be ready My 50th anniversary cake order "was never received" on their end .. " sorry " was all I got from management... No cake . No real reason . .. this is unacceptable !! . Why even have an online service for bakery .. my emails are " auto generated. ! . But no communication to bakery! Never go to this store or bakery . You'll regret it
Albertson's has declined in quality and service. I should have just gone Stater Bros. The cashier was rude and disrespectful, if your having a bad day, STFU, and go home, my food shouldn’t take the brunt of your childish anger.
What can I say about Albertsons, it's a grocery store. They have what you need for groceries with good prices, a bakery and sliced meat and cheeses also hot chicken, potatoe and pasta sides with so much more. Nice and clean with respectful and helpful employees plus lots of parking.
