Most of these reviews are multiple years old. I owned RVs and boats my entire life. I've been trying to help a friend get his brand new aristocrat repaired. We've taken it over there twice now and both times they haven't even started to work on it until the day it was supposed to be delivered. There was a leaking toilet shower door that won't close and the management tablet failed. After being in the facility for 4 days they couldn't get the toilet fixed or the door repaired and as a matter of fact when I went to pick it up there was a trim piece broken off that was not like that when I dropped it off for him. The tablet play had not looked at nor do they have any idea how to do work on it. It is frozen but they felt that it needs to be replaced so they ordered a new one and sent me home with the trailer inoperative. A month later it came back in with the new tablet being there but as it turns out there was no software flashed to it. 2 days later they have no idea how to get the software on it and it appears that it's going to be sent home again inoperative. By the way they still haven't fixed the leaking toilet or the broken door or the trim that fell off. For a high-end RV this service is absolutely inexcusable. If this was the cheapest little thrown together trailer in the world it would still be inexcusable. Every phone call leads to excuses about why it's not done. The bottom line for all the excuses though is that they never bothered to look at it and they don't know how to fix the tablet. I would think reflashing the software on the original one would probably work but then again it doesn't seem they know how to flash a brand new one anyhow. Thank God I didn't go with an airstream myself.

Great customer service! Ricky is the man and so informative and knowledgeable in Service. Charlie in sales was great. He answered all our questions and took his time with us. Erik did our orientation and hands down was not only great at that job but had us laughing thru the process. The staff here is outstanding and I highly recommend them for all your Airstream needs.

I had some minor issues with my Airstream after a recent trip. Did not want to hassle with bringing it in for these minor issues I thought I could handle myself. Called and spoke with Aaron on the phone. Great friendly guy who walked me through the fixes for my issues. Took time with me and was very patient which I greatly appreciated. When I do have some major issues, and these are bound to happen eventually, I will definitely contact this dealership.

Great customer experience! Eric the orientation manager was not only very knowable and patient at going over everything about the trailer but also he is a very kind and caring person. If there are any airstreams needs this is definitely a great place to goto. Aaron in sales helped us with all our needs and very responsive at all our questions and concerns. The people here are really above and beyond!
