We bought a new Airstream trailer from Orange County Airstream and we received exceptional customer service. Bobby, a sales person, was wonderful to work with. He answered all of our questions and showed us features when we stopped by the showroom to compare different models. All the while he was professional and did not pressure us into buying anything. Candace in finance was also great as was Erick who gave us a detailed orientation when we took possession of our rig. Overall, we had a great experience with the entire team and look forward to getting our rig serviced here in years to come. We highly recommend that you see Bobby and the team at Orange County Airstream if you’re in the market for one of these beautiful and well made trailers. Our first trip is next week and it will be the first of many.

I highly recommend Airstream of Orange County for anyone looking for an exceptional Airstream buying experience. Their service is top-notch, and their honesty is refreshing. If you're interested in getting into an Airstream, you absolutely have to ask for Bobby Olilang. He's the best salesperson I've ever dealt with. Bobby went above and beyond throughout the entire purchase process. He wasn't just pushing a sale; he was genuinely helpful with everything from product information and recommendations to financing options and more. He even provided his personal number and assured us he'd be available to answer any questions we have down the road about our Airstream. That kind of personal touch goes a long way!

My wife and I feel extremely fortunate to have met Scott. A truly authentic guy who knows his stuff and works hard to get you what you need at the price that works for you. Great fit for anyone who loathes dealing with folks in sales and the schtick that often goes with it. Scott understands that this purchase is emotional, it’s not buying a car and he makes sure that this first step is very joyful, while never losing sight of all the practical support you need along the way to get it done right. Candice in finance is also amazing. A great team. Recommend them both highly.

Our family came in last week about 30 minutes to closing. Scott and his staff never once hesitated to show us any models we wanted to see. He rolled out this “A” shaped cart with like 50 keys on it. It was cute and hilarious. At the end of the evening Scott took over. Never once we felt like we were at a car dealership with pushy sales folks. We told Scott we wanted to get the 22’ Bambi. He says ok let’s do it. The following day we worked with Candice the finance director. Easy to work with and she found a better deal compared to what my bank had to offer. She was quick and thorough with her numbers with no frills and everything was honest. I brought my family to pick up the Airstream. Candice’s hospitality and professional was recognized and we appreciated everything she did for us from popcorn, treats and gifts for the kiddos. Eric was amazing and hilarious giving me the rundown of the Bambi and setting up our ride. We appreciated everything about this OC Airstream family and is glad to be a part of it. We love are purchase and ready to make memories of a lifetime!
