We got very lucky that a friend of ours recommended Bruce to us. He took his time to explain how he was going to list the house and get the best price possible for us. Everything (from pictures to the listing) turned out perfect. He was on top of every Open House and every private showing. He always made us feel very important. And… he was always a phone call away. Bruce went above and beyond to help us purchase our first home. Being a first time home buyer, we were very new to the entire process, and the climate in LA area regarding homebuying continues to be challenging and it can become quite stressful. However, Bruce had walked us through this daunting process and provided extreme care and attention to details on every step of the way. He never rushed us to any decision, and always thorough with all the details, insuring we didn't run into any nightmare situation. For that, we truly appreciate the care and professionalism he provided throughout the entire experience. The entire home buying journey took us many many months, but once we got the offer accepted, Bruce also made sure we were working with the right team that were extremely professional regarding the financing aspect of the deal. Overall, he was able to identify the issues early on with our original mortgage option and nicely ushered us to a better approach elsewhere, thus, allowing the process to complete timely and effectively. The ability to detect problems ahead of time was truly valuable from his behalf, and we really couldn't do this without him. Simply put, I would recommend Bruce to my close friends and family. Bruce understands every aspect of buying and selling a home and invests the time to research and understand the background of the properties he shows. We began our search for a home with Bruce in late 2020 focusing on a narrow target of what we wanted. Bruce was patient throughout the process which we appreciated. We made offers on two homes but either withdrew based on home inspection findings or were outbid in this crazy market. Again, Bruce remained engaged and active evaluating properties with us. Finally, after looking at homes nearly every week, three months later we landed a home. Then it was on to sell our existing home with Bruce. Bruce developed a strategy considering many factors, explained it clearly to us and then we executed the plan. In a few days we had competing offers well above a recent sale just around the corner with the same floor plan. Bruce fully evaluated the qualifications of the the potential buyers and the circumstances they were presenting (i.e. all cash, financing, sale contingency etc.) We selected the most qualified buyer, however, Bruce remained diligent in tracking the buyers process and fully communicated progress at every step. We have bought and sold homes in the past, no previously hired agent comes close to the service we received from Bruce at Agent 1. Outstanding!

Bruce Wolter was our real estate agent when we sold our Seal Beach home recently. Bruce listened to us and understood our timing and ultimate goals. He was able to help us achieve everything that we wanted. He got us an extra $130,000 for our home. Bruce understood the market in our neighborhood, but the best skill that he brought to the table was his caring and alleviating our worries and concerns. My wife, in particular, was emotional about leaving our home and Bruce listened to her and spoke with her on a different level to qualm her fears. Without the right guidance, buying a home can be a very long and difficult process. Luckily for me, Bruce was referred to me by a close family member for my first home buying experience. He made my home buying experiences pleasant and enjoyable! When it was time to upgrade and move into our second home, we knew right away that we would contact him to help us sell our first house and buy the new one as well! Bruce was very professional and patient throughout our months of search for a new home both times. He understood what our needs were and was eager to help us find the right home. When we first started searching, we were ready to bid on just about any house we came across! I remember him researching those homes to see if they were indeed going to be good purchases. When we finally both agreed that we found the perfect house, he worked his hardest to get our bid through. With this added time and effort, we did not get stuck in a home that we would have ended up disliking due to some hidden factors that were not evident during a normal walk through of a house. Thanks to Bruce, we are now in a home we love and are able to enjoy on a daily basis. I would recommend Bruce to my closest friends and family! I would definitely call him for any future purchases or sales of a home!
