When I decided not to let them to list my house. They didn't take my house listing off from their agent and Locked my house in a nutshell for almost a year. Then I finally found out. I have to call Katelyn and the Agent many times after almost a year they locked my house listing in the nutshell. My house was not on the market MLS listing for almost a year. When they promised that I can change another real estate listing company anytime I want. Not trusted Not reliable and lied promises.

I have been so lucky to been referred to Nick and his team ; Nick was Patient and Understanding as I was confused and grieving the loss of my mother ,Never pushy ; and when I came to terms with my situation , Nick and his team made it all work out , even saving me from a lawsuit initiated by the city against my mothers estate . I feel Blessed and Grateful , that Nick was in my corner , He Is Definitely Not the stereotypical greedy R.E. Agent .
