The worst pair of glasses I've ever had in my life. The lenses arw not matched after one week of wearing. The first Tomford did not fit and the recent frame of Rayban does not fit either, the glasses fell off onto the ground many times. I was wondering if they ever read reviews. I'm so frustrated and disappointed. Not recommended.
Been coming to this place for almost a decade. I have gone to other places over the years and my experiences at other places just brings me back to Dr. Kim’s office. There are lots of places in the Westminster/Garden Grove area that offer similar quality of service for eye exams, and etc. However, Dr. Kim provides some of the best selection in designer eye wear and her eyeglass technician is awesome (if you have issues with any glasses you purchase from here, just take it back and he’ll take of it for you)! This place was also remodeled seveal years ago and still has trendy look and feel (i.e. meaning the facilities conditions is being maintained). Dr. Kim does have other optimetrist fill in for her time and time, and I’ve had positive experiences with these doctors as well.
This is the worst place I know. The attitude of the staff is terrible because they look down on customers who don’t want to serve them. The dishonesty of Dr. Chi and always tricking customers into buying fake glasses advertised as branded. The contemptuous look towards customers as if they were beggars. Her attitude and personality are not worthy of human ethics. Cheating on the bill and not being transparent with customers trying to trick people who don’t know.
Very affordable, only 150 for prescription glasses, very professional, great frames, quick and reliable. Costco and Walmart cannot compare. I tried to shop around because I want to save money.
Bought a Chanel sunglasses glasses from them since last year. The quality is very bad and i think it is not authentic. The UVI protection lenses are fade away even i wear it rarely. I paid almost $300 cash and they took money from my insurance $175 for the frame. This was the first time i bought from them because my friend told me they have many selections. Becareful and check your glasses with the expert. I bought lot of brand name and this is the first time i am experienced quality like this.
