Wow now I just read all the reviews. They messed up my prescription on both glasses and contacts. Giving a wrong prescription print out. Might have to stop coming here after some years with them. I got two glasses Chanel Progressive and paid $1400+ don’t need room for future errors.
The worst pair of glasses I've ever had in my life. The lenses arw not matched after one week of wearing. The first Tomford did not fit and the recent frame of Rayban does not fit either, the glasses fell off onto the ground many times. I was wondering if they ever read reviews. I'm so frustrated and disappointed. Not recommended.
Been coming to this place for almost a decade. I have gone to other places over the years and my experiences at other places just brings me back to Dr. Kim’s office. There are lots of places in the Westminster/Garden Grove area that offer similar quality of service for eye exams, and etc. However, Dr. Kim provides some of the best selection in designer eye wear and her eyeglass technician is awesome (if you have issues with any glasses you purchase from here, just take it back and he’ll take of it for you)! This place was also remodeled seveal years ago and still has trendy look and feel (i.e. meaning the facilities conditions is being maintained). Dr. Kim does have other optimetrist fill in for her time and time, and I’ve had positive experiences with these doctors as well.
Unethical practices. They would not release the rx to my mom and made her buy glasses there. We will be making a complaint to the California Optometry Board. Prescription Release: Optometrists and ophthalmologists must release a copy of the prescription to the patient immediately following the eye exam, whether requested or not.
This is the worst place I know. The attitude of the staff is terrible because they look down on customers who don’t want to serve them. The dishonesty of Dr. Chi and always tricking customers into buying fake glasses advertised as branded. The contemptuous look towards customers as if they were beggars. Her attitude and personality are not worthy of human ethics. Cheating on the bill and not being transparent with customers trying to trick people who don’t know.
