I highly recommend Randy! Dealing with a tenant who consistently paid rent late and even responded angrily to reminders became incredibly stressful. Opting for legal action was a tough decision, and Randy's excellent communication skills played a key role. He promptly answers calls, texts, and emails, providing a calm and professional demeanor. His knowledge and easy communication style reassured me to move forward. Randy served them a "3 Day Pay or Quit notice" and the tenant paid up within three days!

Before I hired Randy, I have contacted a few lawyers. After compared with them, I noticed Randy was the best one to work with. He is very knowledgeable and responsible. I hired him to evict a scammer who thinks he can make money by intimidating and cheating. Randy is very brave and smart. He does everything professionally and comply the law. For the dignity of the law, he does not compromise any slander from this scammer and the scammer finally surrendered. Mr. Chang was professional in answering all my questions and concerns in regards to collection on a criminal restitution order.
