They have an awesome employee, Michael Tovar, that was able to take my initial phone call, provide an assessment, walk me through their process, give me a quote for their services, and took payment — all in my initial phone call without someone having to come out first to do an assessment. Then they came and performed their services and I received communication throughout the process from their field worker, with a final follow-up from their administrative team with the report we needed!
