I had my house fumigated by PacWestExterminators from 4/22 to 4/24/2024. I am very impressed with their professionalism, especially Greg Bird. When Greg came to inspect the house, he spent 45 minutes walking around and inside the house to look for possible termite infections. He explained to me where and why certain parts of the house could be infected, and answered all the questions my wife and I had. He inspected every single beam and told us where the beams might have termites etc... Greg took care of customers very well, he's very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. The day when the fumigation team came, It was fun to watch them working, they worked with each other so well, they were very professional and courteous, and they asked us if we needed more time to be ready. The best part was their quote was among the lowest quotes we received from many companies. We paid $2,500 for the service and we are very pleased. Do not hesitate to call Greg Bird, I bet you'll be happy.

PacWest has done a great job with our front tenant's home and our home. The customer service is excellent, the bi-monthly extermination does a great job keeping both properties critter-free. Best of all the pricing is fair. I highly recommend PacWest Exterminators.

Called them about roof rats in my attic and scheduled an appointment for a free estimate. Took time off work to make the meeting. When they arrived I was informed that it would cost $195 for the inspection. I would give them 1 star except they seemed very knowledgeable and shared some good info.
