Richland Termite & Construction was referred to us by a neighbor who was super happy with the work they did for them. We hired Richland to inspect our property. Albert came out and spent over two hours carefully checking for termites and showing me where they were active. He then made a variety of recommendations as to what we could do to mitigate further damage, repair the damage already done, and how to avoid significant damage in the future. Stefanie in their office scheduled the required work, sending updates throughout the project as to what had been completed, and what needed to be done next. Work began a few days later and lasted for about two weeks. Hector and Brian were terrific, keeping us up to date with the repairs, what would be worked on next, etc. They worked all areas of the house, including significant repair work under our two-story roof. As they uncovered additional damage previously not visible, they pointed it out and offered to repair that also, offering to work on Saturdays and even July 4! At the end of each day, they cleaned up their work area – including the use of a metal detector to find any nails or screws that may have fallen on the ground! Everyone at Richmond always treated us as if we were part of their family. They took care of our property as if it had been their own. We are now enrolled in their annual inspection program to avoid a recurrence of the significant damage we had until a few days ago. I highly recommend Richland Termite & Construction for your termite inspection, repair, and ongoing maintenance tasks.
