We initially contacted Brooks Pest Control for rodent removal service, but unfortunately, the issue remains unresolved. After six months, we still hear scratching noises and continue to find rat droppings in the attic. The passive methods used were ineffective and did not solve the problem. It has been a frustrating experience and a waste of both time and money. Very disappointed with the lack of results.
