The service provided is very good. Cans are clean and smell good too. My complaint is their billing arrangement. I am away often with no one to put my cans out for trash pick up or cleaning. As a result, I have called to delay service for the months I aim away on service days several times and have asked for my bill to be credited. They have credited my account accordingly...that is until I noticed they had recently billed me anyway. When I asked them about it I was informed that they only allow a set number of cancellations per year and that I had exceeded that number. Hence, I can billed every month whether or not they provide service. I will gladly pay for services which I receive, but not for just driving past our home on cleaning day. I have cancelled my account with OC Clean a Can and will seek other alternatives.
This was an amazing experience. They were prompt to respond to my online order. They even came out the next day. The cleaner was super nice and did an amazing job. They seriously look brand new inside! They even smell good. I had someone dump a dead possum in my trash when I was out of town. The trash guys picked up but the can was dirty. This service was Five stars ++++++ Thank you
I had purchased a one time cleaning with OC Clean A Can and let me tell you... I had no idea this was even a thing! I just moved into the area and noticed that my neighbors got their trash cans cleaned by this truck once a month. So I asked them who offered this service and had to try it out. I guess it changed ownership recently but Chris at the head office was super cool and fun to talk with! I got home, my trash cans were clean and ready to be used again! In past homes, my can would just get disgusting so I'm so happy this is around. What a great idea and the pricing was very reasonable. Definitely recommend jumping on the opportunity if they service your area.

Love this service!!! Great communication with the staff. Trash cans are not only clean after and disinfected.. They also wiped out by hand and smelled good! Water is responsibility recycled. No mess, on time, they really do a great job!
