First, thank you to Bryan, Frank and crew - what an exceptional job on my roof. After meeting with many companies, I chose ASR. During the bidding process Bryan was friendly and very thorough in his assessment of the job. The bid was very reasonable. He used an accurate number for the square footage (I can't say that for all companies), included the right number of vents (others would have added this after), as well as an estimate of wood damage. There was more wood damage then expected (very common), and Frank would show me the damage verifying it had to be replaced. The job took only 3 days which was incredible - the team showed up each day as scheduled and left the work site very clean each day. Communication was excellent. Can't say enough about the company - there were many extras that they took care of, the roof looks terrific and no more leaks! They are also certified by GAF to the level of providing the Golden Pledge® Limited Warranty. Highly recommend ASR!
