I had a regular sized room that I was going to move into and I hired a carpet cleaning service due to the smell that was in the room. They charged 90$ to do one empty room. Afterwards I was immediately disappointed, not only was the smell not gone but the stains were still visible. Job felt like it was rushed.

My entire experience with Chapman was exceptional. From the first time I called them until they finished with my carpet cleaning they were wonderful. Everyone I dealt with was kind, helpful, and honest. You can’t tell that my carpets aren’t brand new. That’s how good they are at what they do. I would use them again in a heartbeat and definitely recommend their services. They’re the best out there.

WOW! So impressed with the detail. My experience was quick but they did a thorough job. I originally wanted my white couches cleaned and was informed it would be hard because of the fabric. I asked for just a general cleaning but they went above and beyond and the couch looks brand new!

The rooms were indeed $20 each but the cleaner spent 40 mins on both rooms (which they said was way more time than they usually spend cleaning), we set up the appointment from 1-3pm and he came at 12:10pm and left at 1:10pm. We understood that the stains weren't going to come off but at least try to spend some time and effort... The pictures are after they cleaned them
