Previous reviews seem fake. Process was a little unprofessional. They didn’t confirm services with me the day of and also arrived late to their two hour window. Apparently they use 3rd party contractors to do the carpet cleaning. Carpet looks the same. Mike rushed the job and was done with two rooms in less than 30 minutes. There’s still a fresh soil stain in the carpet that should have been easily removed. We don’t use shoes in our home yet he wanted to tell us the reason our carpets looked the same was because of shoe/ grease damage. Mike was full of excuses and said that’s what we get with a basic cleaning. The one decent thing was the price, 49$/room, but I guess you get what you pay for. Would not recommend this service if you need proper cleaning.
