Extremely clean and well organized. The staff here is extremely helpful and polite. It's like me welcomed into a home more than just a store. Whatever the manager is doing here keep it up. The bathrooms are always super clean. Just avoid being here while high school across the street is on lunch it's like an invasion of locust when they're there.
Supervisor Corey just checked me out at this Vons. I had to go to the counter rather than self-service because I had milk bottle deposit returns. There were multiple things wrong with my interactions with him after. I had exactly 5 milk bottle purchases and 11 milk bottle deposits. Upon seeing the bottles, he sighed and looked ultimately disappointed. After a brief pause, he started scanning in my milk bottle purchases (5). He then turned to his coworker and shook his head and said, "Now I gotta watch 5 videos". I wrote this off as maybe coincidence. He then started ringing up the bottle deposit returns and he started shaking his head again. His coworker asked what was wrong. He said, "I cant believe I just rang all of those up". There's 0% chance this isn't about me anymore. Then he jokes with his coworker, "Why couldn't she do it when whats her name was here ?" To bully your coworker and then talk about a customer literally in front of you. Didn't thank me. Didn't say good night. Completely rude. Just because I chose to recycle bottles should mess your night up
Please fix the whistling sound of the automatic doors. It drove me bonkers waiting for my coffee so I am sure the employees don’t enjoy hearing it all day. It sounds like Gandalf whistling for Shadowfax on an endless loop. I’ll change this review to 5 stars once this is resolved ☺️ edit: Went from 3 stars to 2 because the reply addressed me as Dense. Alright Vons, well played- do lmk when the work order is placed and you can have your stars back!!
This is my favorite place to shop for groceries. The store is clean. Well stocked and excellent service.
