Got this as a gift for my birthday, so here is my honest review. When you walk inside, it is truly beautiful — the space is stunning, it smells amazing, and the atmosphere feels calm and welcoming. Everyone was smiling, very kind, and professional. I appreciated how friendly the staff were from the moment I arrived. Then the treatment started. It was a 1-hour scalp treatment and facial. I really wanted to relax and enjoy the experience, but the facial felt a bit too rough. The massage on my cheeks and forehead was done very quickly and with a lot of pressure. The scalp massage was also a little strong, and I expected a cleansing scrub or some oil treatment with the hair wash, but that did not happen. It wasn’t exactly what I expected, but I do believe they have a lot of potential because the place is amazing and the team is very sweet. With a softer and more relaxing service, this could easily become a favorite spot. I would consider coming back if the service improves a little, because the environment and staff were truly wonderful.
Just went to this place with my partner for the couples massage and we were both amazed by how great the massage was! Both massage therapists (Mindy & Michelle) did a great job. I really appreciate that Mindy found my knots and really took the time and effort to dig in and address them. By the time I left I was feeling so relaxed I could have fallen asleep! The pressure was perfect for me but keep in mind that no one is a mind reader, if you are not used to a deep massage you can always ask for lighter pressure. This style of massage is great for anyone looking to get rid of muscle tension. The place was lovely and clearly very clean which is very important to me. The fragrance they used was not overpowering either. You can tell that they use essential oils and not heavy perfumes which I really appreciate. And everyone there was so nice and friendly. I can definetly see myself going back again for a massage. And while I did not get a facial those looked good too. Oh and they do have a parking lot which is always helpful.
This place is incredible. Gorgeous interior, relaxing atmosphere, friendly staff. My husband and I got the couple head-spa treatment and it was amazing. Karen and Suri were incredible at their job, especially the shoulder massage. We felt so relaxed and rejuvenated after the service. My hair felt so soft and luxurious. I couldn't recommend this place more.
I took my parents here and they LOVED the experience, they couldn’t stop raving about it. My parents got a headspa and then came back again for a full body massage and a facial. Highly recommend checking out this place. Thank you for being so good to us and giving my parents a great experience!

I opted for their 60-minute Luxury 128 Head Spa Treatment, which was an indulgent journey from start to finish. It was basically a sensory playground for your head. The treatment began with a hydrating shampoo and conditioning session, followed by a deeply relaxing scalp massage that melted away tension. I really loved all the tools they used, including a hair pulling technique. The facial cleansing with a luxurious pearl mask left my skin feeling refreshed and radiant. The session concluded with a soothing shoulder and neck massage, and a blow out for my hair. As an added bonus, I enjoyed complimentary access to the steam room, along with bottled water, hot tea and light snacks. The locker room had large spacious lockers from my personal items and they give you a strapless robe and slippers to wear. In addition to head treatments, 128 Luxury Health Spa offers a diverse range of services, including facials, body massages, waxing, and even a med spa.
