Bi Bi was amazing giving me a deep tissue massage and truly working out all the stress and tension built up from long days at work. Definitely 💯 recommend this place.
I’ve been here before so I will say the massage is always good. Got a Brazilian wax here and alls I have to say is stay away. I kept telling her that it’s getting sensitive because she kept going over the same areas 7-8 times each. My skin got so raw that when I pressed the towel against it there was blood. She didn’t even get all the hair removed. After, she told me I have sensitive skin which is why it hurts and is red. The is BS because I get Brazilians every 3 weeks and never have I bleed, felt burning or been that red from irritation. She can say she does this every day but it is obvious that she doesn’t know what she is doing. *Update* I forgot to mention that she told me in 1 hour everything would be fine. Well it’s been over 5 and I have a rash almost everywhere she waxed and the areas that she did extensively are still very painful and worse rashes. *next day update* My skin is now forming scabs. This is ridiculous. This lady should not be allowed to do waxing.
Decided to try Sakura spa due to the positive reviews. I wasn't disappointed. My masseuse was very skilled and targeted muscle tightness. After a one hour massage, I left there feeling relaxed, and recommend this location to anyone in need of a relaxing massage...
*BEWARE* I'm guessing the other reviews are fake, I came here because of the good reviews. I came here to relieve soreness and left feeling hurt and stressed. Lazy massage technique and when I asked for more pressure she complained. She demanded a tip and when I gave it to her she insisted on more. Horrible customer service. Don't go here. Edit: I am a real person and received low quality service that's why I left a bad review. I expect at least decent customer service if no good technique. I do not recommend.
