DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT PURCHASE A GROUPON OR GO TO THIS PLACE. I wish I had listened to some of the negative reviews on here, but I figured I would give the benefit of the doubt since there were also some positive ones. I purchased a Groupon and made an appointment and let her know over the phone that I had a Groupon. The appointment was made about two weeks in advance. I showed up on time and the store was completely closed. I called and it rang for a bit then I left a voicemail. I waited another 10 minutes called again and this time it went straight to voicemail. The sign on the door has a different name, as well, called Evie’s but I’m sure it’s the same owner. Again, buyer beware I really hate to post negative reviews especially when it’s someone’s livelihood but this was completely unprofessional and a lack of organization and communication.

Beware this place has a different name at the door and you cannot even find it on Yelp. I wish I did a little more research before going. The actual scalp treatment is more like a hair wash with 5 minutes of massage. The room was extremely cold and the water was cold. The lady that washed my hair was going to leave without blow drying my hair with water dripping down. Now I hope I don’t catch a cold from this. I would not go back even if it’s free.

I had the pleasure of experiencing Nirvana Head Spa's exceptional service, and I couldn't be more thrilled with my visit. The staff's clear communication to my many questions, made the entire process smooth and reassuring. The real highlight was the excellent results I achieved with skin tag removal. The expertise and precision with which they performed the procedure were truly impressive. My skin has never looked better, thanks to their skilled hands. I must also commend the Manager Sharron for her exceptional management skills and her dedication to ensuring every client's satisfaction. Cindy, the employee who assisted me, was not only professional but also genuinely caring, making my visit memorable and enjoyable. Looking back, I do have one regret: not taking before and after photos to showcase the remarkable transformation. But that only speaks to the fact that the results were so incredible that I couldn't believe my own eyes! Nirvana Head Spa truly exceeded my expectations, and I can't recommend them enough for their friendly service, clear communication, and outstanding skin tag removal services. I’ll be back for one more removal service and maybe try a massage!

If you value customer service, Skip this place. If you value honesty, skip this place. I was gifted a Groupon for a couples massage from this place. We called to schedule an appointment, and told that the first available massage wouldn't be for 3 months. We contacted them later on and were told very rudely by Sharon, that they do not except the couples massage Groupon. Now I don't get a massage, and I have to deal with getting a refund. When I search yelp reviews, there are a stack of recent reviews from people who have experienced the exact same thing as my wife and I. Horrible experience.

Highly disappointed we booked through class pass. We walked in and were stared up and down asking if we needed help. As a business first thing would be as introducing yourself, hi welcome to so and so how may we assist you today rather then asking what do you guys want? That was just the introduction. Then the lady asked her peer to assist us. Asking us the same thing. Wanted to give this place a good review since a provider myself. Wanted to pay it forward. We arrived having a couples massage scheduled. Then we waited to have the owner be called. To tell us they didn't have the reservation. As we were talking to the manager or owner the pass was redeemed. Saying it was completed. Mind you there was a couple who walked in. And claimed they have an appointment mind you they said that her name was not listed then all of a sudden her schedule pops up. Mysteriously. Hmm. Then upon walking out they mentioned that they can squeeze us in at 1:15pm. We simply reminded that our appointment was scheduled at 12. Unfortunately we were not able to come in at 1 because we have to provide service for someone else. Highly dissapointing because I really was looking forward to getting a massage. At the end of the day if your booking system or electronic is wonky understand but at the end of the day business is business. Could've handled it a little bit more professionally. We will not be returning. And a reminder make sure you call ahead and triple confirm your appointment because they mentioned to the other girl that she needed to call ahead as well. Make it make sense.
