I had the Hinoki 90-minute treatment with Tiffany, and it was absolutely incredible! From start to finish, she was so professional, attentive, and made the entire experience feel completely personalized. The session included everything from a scalp and hair analysis to a relaxing essential oil massage, customized shampoo, facial rejuvenation, and even a collagen infusion. Tiffany explained each step, and I could literally feel the stress melting away. My scalp feels refreshed, my hair feels softer and healthier, and my skin is glowing! Came here with 3 other friends. I was able to book a few weeks in advance and when we arrived they were waiting for us. They did a scalp and skin evaluation and attempted to upsell services which I declined. Some of my friends accepted. The scalp massage was relaxing, my scalp was super clean, the facial was also nice. Everyone else also enjoyed their experience.

Cindy was absolutely amazing to work with. She did an amazing job on the head, spa and facial. My skin feels so soft and my scalp and my hair is so shiny and healthy. I would definitely come back to this place for another service. The spa packages were totally worth it

I found this business on Tik Tok, it looked so relaxing and I wanted to try it. I live in LA, so it was about a 40m drive South for me but Rodeo 39 Public Market (amazing food hall) was 2 minutes away, so I figured I could get the treatment and have a nice lunch after. A friend joined me in the experience. When booking your appointment, they require a $20 deposit which will be applied to the balance of your treatment...or you loose the $20 if you don't show up or cancel too late. I did get a confirmation text the day before saying they "prefer cash," for the balance of the treatment. The business is located in a strip mall behind a main road with plenty of parking. You check-in on the 2nd floor in their main waiting area with nice comfortable seating and they have hot tea available. I believe each time slot accommodates 5 people. When all 5 appointments arrived, we were asked to follow one of their employees down the outside stairs to the first floor where the head spa was located. From the outside it didn't look like much and even had a door labeled escrow office, but walking inside it was very nicely decorated and felt warm and welcoming. There was 2 plush chairs for people that are waiting, an area with products showing and then 5 chairs facing a wall with mirrors. There was a head person/supervisor/manager that came by and asked each person's name and then introduced them to their provider. My friend and I picked the 90 minute Hinoki Treatment (scalp & face-lifting treatment). After we met our provider, she did a scalp analysis with this machine that has this scope that they put on your head and it zooms to see every follicle...I was embarrassed to see half mine were grey and then also she said I had greasy hair lol. Then she used this high frequency brush through my hair to improves the blood circulation in hairs which leads to the supply of sufficient quantity of nutrients to the hair. After she finished that, she took me to the room where all the treatment beds were. The environment was dimly lit and very calming with spa music with some occasional bird sounds and I didn't see a fountain but I heard the water streaming from somewhere. It was clean, had modern decor and each bed was separated with sheer curtains. You need to have your shoulders and neck bare so she asked you to take off your shirt while she holds a towel up. I got under the covers, and she made sure I was comfortable by putting bolster under my knees and she came with some warm beaded cushion and put it on my stomach and some beaded cushion for my feet. She started with my head and asked me if I wanted more or less pressure. She was massaging my head, neck and face and I think I might of dozed off a couple of times, she used hot stones or globes on me. I guess she noticed I had eyelash extensions so she didn't put the warm eye patch on me. She put a facial sheet mask on me while she was doing my hair treatment, the treatment ended with cold water to close the pores, making it less vulnerable to grease oil and dirt...and cold water controls breakage, frizz and pesky flyaways....plus cold water improves blood circulation. We went back to the original room where she blowdried my hair, gave me the new brush she used to dry my hair and gave me a sheet mask. I brought cash but when my friend paid, they said they also accept Venmo and sell for the balance. And I never asked her to take pics or videos but I guess she noticed my friend and I were doing it during the scalp evaluation...she took videos of me during the service and asked me if I would like them and she air dropped them to me....hence why I have pics for the review. I would definitely go again.
