Yes, it’s cheap, but as another review mentioned, they reuse all the sheets and towels. I paid for a ‘private room,’ but I was surprised that, right after the woman before me, they didn’t even change the sheets or towels that would be used to cover my face and body. If you don’t care about sanitation, go for it. But if you do, this place is not for you. I had already paid, so I just decided to go through with it, even though I was battling anxiety about the dirty sheets and towels during the massage. The lady who gave me the massage seemed exhausted and mostly used her elbows, which I didn’t particularly enjoy. I still tipped her well because I’m grateful, but I will never come back again. I couldn’t relax because of the anxiety about the sanitation. I paid for 90 minutes, but I finished at the same time as the couple that came in 15 minutes before me. You can hear everything, which is how I knew. Also, the lady in front always speaks so loudly. There’s no whispering; she just talks, even inside the massage rooms. They will surprisingly open the curtains and peek inside your “private room” without saying anything. I wish they would address these issues. If the person before you had a contagious skin condition, you could definitely catch it.

I had a very bad experience, the place is not cleaned properly between customers. The sheets they use for the massage beds are used and reused for different people and they are filthy. There is not proper disinfection to the beds, tools and whatever they use to provide service. The person in the front desk was very rude and start insulting me in her language when I mention the subject to her. At least what ever she said, doesn’t sound like (thank you for your concerns we will work in it )😂 The price is cheap but is not it’s not worth it the risk of expose your self to all kinds on infections.

Went there today for the first time. Old Lady at the front desk didn't allow me to use my card for tips. Went inside water for my feet was cold. Nobody speaks English and they were all laughing I was the only customer in. When I told my massage therapist I will walk to my car and bring him his tip in cash, the same older woman walked after me followed me and started saying something in a different dialect. They watched me bringing the cash in. Very uncomfortable and I will not come back. The worst experience I've had in a very long time.

Giving the mix reviews, we gave it a try and I have mixed feelings about it. The person who massaged me seemed very uninterested and it shows, they did not want to be there. Our other masseuse was focused and attentive to their job (will return to look for them). For the price of $25/hr, I’m unsure what to expect and can’t complain too much. Everyone was very nice. We paid cash so no issues as stated by others. Overall, I’d say 3.5 stars. I can see the potential in the masseuse but dazing off in the middle of a session is lackluster. We will come back and give other masseuse a chance. Note: I’m using neutral pronounce to protect the staff.

I had the misfortune of visiting this establishment for a massage, and my experience was completely unsatisfactory. The massage itself was just okay, but the service was appalling. My male masseuse failed to ask about my preferred pressure level or check in with me throughout the session, leaving me feeling uncomfortable and neglected. Furthermore, I had specifically paid for a private room, but was instead given a space separated from the rest of the area by only a thin curtain. This lack of privacy and peaceful atmosphere made it difficult for me to relax and enjoy the experience. To make matters worse, the noise from the adjacent rooms and hallway was clearly audible, creating a distracting and unserene environment. Overall, my experience was not satisfactory in any way. The lack of attention to detail, care, and concern for customer comfort was staggering. I would not recommend this establishment to others seeking a quality massage experience. In fact, I would advise against it. The subpar service and inadequate facilities make it a waste of time and money. I expect more from a professional massage establishment, and this place fell far short of my expectations
