An absolute blast for a family day out! The all-you-can-eat buffet has something for everyone—from fresh pizza and pasta to a great salad bar—but the real highlight is the massive 50,000-square-foot arcade. With over 100 video games, ticket games, and full-sized indoor rides like the bumper cars, it easily kept the kids entertained for hours. It is clean, spacious, and the perfect spot to burn off some energy. Highly recommend for family fun or birthday parties in the area!
We had a really good time at John's Incredible Pizza. The food was fresh, there were plenty of options to choose from, and the arcade was a lot of fun for both the kids and the adults. The place was clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The only downside was the birthday package. I honestly don't think it's worth the extra money because you only get the birthday room for an hour. By the time everyone eats, sings happy birthday, opens presents, and gets settled in, the hour is basically over. It felt rushed, and we would have liked more time together. Aside from that, it was a great experience, and we'd definitely come back. I'd just skip the birthday package next time.
Review 74/365 Day challenge Wow about 15 years I'm surprised this indoor entertainment is still here that the kids tremendously enjoy. I use to come here for bday parties along throw my own kids bday party here. His 7th bday to be exact. The venue is still decently cleaned for being an older operation. I’m bummed they no longer have the fried chicken but also known for their varieties of about 10 or 15 duff pizza toppings and salad bar is really fresh and good. Fountain drinks and icee available. They have private rooms, area to close and section off for celebrations. Associates were all so nice and courteous. Located inside Buena Park mall aka downtown Buena Park. The usual original rides such as The Twister still here along w bumper tires & a mini bowling place with about 4 lanes. TIP~ sign up for their emails to receive special promotion and offers/Deals. I absolutely hate leaving negative reviews, but because of this experience, I feel I must. I went on Sunday, March 29, 2026, to celebrate the start of my kids’ spring break. I had been seeing John’s Incredible Pizza advertised and, despite living two hours away, decided to make the long trip for a fun day. I signed up for their rewards program in advance and bought a coupon at the beginning of the month for a buy-one-get-one 50% off adult buffet. I also purchased a Groupon for my six-year-old son, which included buffet entry, two hours of unlimited rides, and a game card. The check-in process was an absolute nightmare. First, the coupon I bought from John’s website wouldn’t scan at the machine. The employee couldn’t help me, so I had to get a manager, who was eventually able to assist. When I tried to scan the Groupon, they kept saying it wasn’t working and that I would need to contact Groupon to fix the problem. While I was on the phone with Groupon, another family next to me was having issues with their credit card not going through. They tried five or ten times, but it still didn’t work. There was absolutely no staff around to help anyone. Finally, after the other family couldn’t get their card to work, we all called a manager over, and they told us the kiosks were not working and the entire system needed to be rebooted. At that point, there was a line of at least 40 people waiting to pay and get in. After about 15 minutes, everything reset and all of my payments magically worked. From start to finish, I was stuck at the kiosk for about 45 minutes just trying to get in, with a two-year-old and a six-year-old crying because they were hungry and just wanted to eat and play. The entire process was an absolute nightmare. I only stayed because I had driven so far. If I lived nearby, I would have turned around, gone home, and never returned.
I had a great time with family. The buffet was delicious and coffee was good. Kids were having fun for over 2 hours with fun cards. The rides were perfect for 7 y o kids. We brought a cake a table cloth and balloons and sat at one of their rooms and celebrated one of the 7 years old. No reservations needed. The staff was friendly. It was awesome.
