I recently visited Get Air with my kids, and I wanted to share my positive experience. When we walked in, Jazmin greeted us with such positivity and great energy. This is exactly the kind of atmosphere you hope for when taking your kids to a fun place! She was incredibly helpful, and her enthusiasm truly made our night special. The price was very reasonable for our family of seven, which made it even better! I will definitely be coming back. Thank you, Jazmin!

My girls begged me to take them to Get Air or Skyzone today and Get Air won my vote with pricing. It was half the cost of Skyzone for two jumpers and the trampoline park was not crowded! I expected Sunday to be packed, but it was perfect. We got amazing parking close to the front door. The desk attendant was super friendly and helpful and even interacted with my daughters making them feel welcomed. I was even provided the wifi password upon request to handle some work on my laptop. The 2 hr jump session was the perfect amount of time to get the wiggles out and burn off some energy! There was a mix of both older and younger kids enjoying the park. I'd be inclined to say YES if my daughter's asked to do this again soon. :)

Terrible experience. My son ordered some tickets by accident for a large party instead of just 2. After the ordered was placed I immediately called trying to get a refund but they would not agree. Terrible way to do business. And Im out the money now. Some consideration and goodwill customer service goes a long way. They do not have that. Go somewhere else. They dont care at all. just want your money. will turn away as many people as I can from this terrible place.

I’ve been bringing the kids for the past 5 years, and whenever I see Monica at the front desk/check in, I know our time there will be great! She’s on top of keeping the kids respectful, minding the rules and just plain great. Thank you Get Air for having Monica as our go to person and for keeping her here for us, the customers! 💕

We went to a Tuesday toddler time from 10-12 and had a blast! There were a decent number of kids around and my littles loved having free reign of the place. The staff did a great job taking care of everything. Will definitely be back for another toddler time .
