Wow, first of all where do I start? Charging a parent to enter and then forced to buy socks for everyone is daylight robbery. Over $50 for 2 toddlers and myself. I don’t want to go into the play rooms with my children but it’s a condition of entry that the parent goes in but has to pay also. I wouldn’t have so much of a problem if the play centre was actually worth it, but first of all CLEAN THE PLAY CENTRE I feel like I need to shower immediately after leaving. The parents room stinks of wee and you can actually see the wee everywhere on the toilets and all through the grout it was horrifying it hasn’t had a deep clean since it’s been established. Then you walk in the toilets with your socks full of wee and then go back on the play equipment DISGUSTING 🤢 Second of all, the toys are all broken, full of choking hazards in the toddler area and they have pretend needles in the kids area - how inappropriate?! The place clearly never gets cleaned and when I raised it with the girl at the front her response was “we only have 2 staff on”. Ma’am that is not one day of filth, it’s years of grime and filth built up. The health department should be called on this children’s facility. Please see photos. Do yourself a favour and avoid this place like the plague.
Great little find for my son to play has all sorts of climbing areas and a ton of slides. The only downside you have to pay for parking but they do validate for 2 hours. Prices to get in are very reasonable, 1 child, 4y, and 2 adults with 1 pair of socks, $35. This place is in the Disney garden walk, so you get something to eat afterward. On a side note, the price for admission was all day, so we played and got something to eat and went back to play some more. Some reviews said it was expensive. I found it almost the same price as Skyzone. They make you buy socks, but all the indoor playground I have been in make you buy socks. Facility hygiene was not bad when I went Sunday, not that busy, so it was pretty clean.
It’s a great place, clean, lots of fun. But I wouldn’t recommend booking a party there! We just had our son’s bday party there and it wasn’t a nice experience at all! All the money they charge for a horrible service. They don’t help you with anything! The girl in the front desk was rude. They charge you upfront so if a sock gets sick and is not able to participate, you have to pay for it anyway. They insisted I had more than what I paid for which was not true, and they charged $50 for 1 child!!!! Unreal. We had a party for 27 kids and we had to do everything… I Called corporate to give a constructive feedback but they didn’t seem to care. So honestly I do not recommend hosting a party there!
Overrated, parents beware that adults are also charged for admission even though you won’t step inside the play area. We ended up spending around $200 and were charged more for the socks. My children brought their own grip socks we bought online, but the manager told us they had to be “Billy Beez” grip socks, and we couldn’t go in without them. Another forceful charge. After giving out our wristbands, we ended up with an extra wristband. I was already annoyed. I asked if I could be refunded for the extra wristband. The manager once again came over and took our receipt and was trying to convince us that it was an error on the computer. He must have been really desperate not to give us that refund. I gave up and decided it was not worth it. As we stepped in the children had fun, but the toys and play areas were so dirty. Midway, I saw the manager walking around with open toe sandals, very gross and poor hygiene. Very hypocritical that I was forced to buy socks, but this manager was allowed to walk around in sandals showing his feet to everyone. He even walked inside the kitchen with his funky looking feet, which is a health code violation. NEVER COME HERE AGAIN.
This place is NOT WORTH IT!! $52 for two children and one adult. We’ve been to all of the surrounding play spaces but tried this one because my kids saw it on Blippi. It’s rundown and unkempt. The bathrooms don’t have sandals 🤮🤮 The ballroom (where you shoot foam balls) had two balls. The honeycomb village where they have cute shops were all empty! Such a let down!! That’s what my kids were so excited for. The is no food or snacks for sale. They made us buy their custom socks despite bringing our own. I wanted to get a refund after we got here
