I had a great experience with Beach Plumbing from start to finish. Lina, the office manager, was friendly, organized, and made scheduling easy. Edwin, the head technician, clearly knows his craft; he explained the entire process from water mitigation to pipe repair to rebuild, so we always knew what to expect. The techs Luis and Robert were also fantastic; professional, efficient, and detail-oriented. They handled the job quickly, installed the pipes in less than a day, and Miguel did excellent patch work the next day. Everything was left clean and in great shape. Thankfully insurance will cover most of this, but their pricing does seem reasonable and on par with other companies. Overall, they did an outstanding job and I would absolutely recommend Beach Plumbing to anyone. I'll definitely be using them again in the future.
Over the years i have used Beach Plumbing for not big and small jobs and have always been satisfied. A year ago they installed a Navien tankless water heater which has a great almost instant feature. Yesterday I noticed some water from the pressure release valve. I called at 12 today and Edwin was here at 2:00. He fixed the issue and showed me how to clean the unit. Unbelievable service!
Beach Plumbing was super helpful with scheduling a flood test for a shower renovation. They got someone out the next day and Rene was awesome! He was super honest with us and gave us peace of mind to move on to the next step of our project. Will definitely be calling them again!
Edwin was great! He came on time - and actually gave me a call in the morning that he could come even earlier than our scheduled time if I wanted which was very nice. His work was quick and efficient but at the same time thorough and clearly knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. Overall, a great first experience for us.
This is an update to my review. My toilet wasn't flushing correctly again. Jesus came out earlier than scheduled and cleared the clog. He explained what was happening and the solution for not letting it happen again since it wasn't the new toilet or the flush out of the pipes.. Thank you Jesus! I had a new toilet installed and yet it was still draining slow. Rene came back and ran a camera down 2 pipes that lead to the main sewer. It showed major build up. I've lived in the house many years and have never had the pipes cleaned out, so it was needed. They descaled the build up and installed coats of epoxy resin to complete the replacement. Hopefully this will keep my pipes from having major issues for many years. Rene is very knowledgeable and professional, and was very pleasant to work with. He always gave me a time frame and would text me 30 mins before his arrival. Richard and AD, part of his crew who dug out and replaced the pipes were also courteous and I was very pleased how well they cleaned up all the dirt without leaving a mess. Thank you Chad, I will definitely call again if I need any plumbing work in the future.
