Just had my 50 gallon water heater replaced with a tankless heater and a whole house water filter installed by LevelUp. Very impressed with the knowledge and accommodating service from everyone at LevelUp from consultation/sale to installation. We love the water system. Wish we would have done it a long time ago. I recently had Julian from Level Up Plumbing Inc. come out to my house to look at my Takagi tankless water heater that was acting up. Julian took the time to thoroughly check everything out and really explain what was going on with the system. What I appreciated most was that Julian didn't just try to sell me a replacement. Instead, I got honest feedback about whether repairing the unit made sense or if I should consider replacing it altogether. Julian was professional, knowledgeable, and actually listened to my concerns about the situation. If you need plumbing help in the Torrance area, I'd definitely recommend Level Up Plumbing Inc. They've got a solid team and Julian really knows his stuff.

I had a new water heater installed by another licensed plumbing company. After only 2 months that water heater stopped working. The original plumber ghosted me after he already got paid in full to install the new water heater. He promised 1 year labor warranty. 2 months later he was nowhere to be found. I called Level Up Plumbing and they came out the same day and quickly fixed the water heater. Tiffany was great in coordinating Abraham (the plumber) with the correct information. Abraham had the parts in his truck and quickly replaced a faulty gas valve. Just like that, hot water is back! Level Up is very professional and provided great follow up.
