We’ve already been a long time customer with Cole Services for our air-conditioning. Today I had the pleasure of working with Drazen and Jacob for replacing our water heater for my parents home. The process was very smooth. It was installed all in the same day, clean, and it was quick. They explained each step of the way and made things very easy for us. I also appreciated Oscar, who helped us with financing. 10/10. I’d recommend working with them again.

Cole installed my new hot water heater last year. I recently had trouble with the vent on top of the heater. Cole stepped forward and fixed the issue. The owner, Jonathan personally intervened to be sure the fix was completed appropriately and everything met my expectations. Shout out to Cole plumbing.

I had an excellent experience with Christian González. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and hardworking. He quickly diagnosed the HVAC issue and explained everything clearly before starting the repair. His work was efficient, clean, and done with great attention to detail. Christian showed up on time, had all the right tools, and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. You can tell he truly cares about doing the job right and providing great customer service. I highly recommend Christian González for any HVAC work. Reliable, honest, and very skilled!

Tyler was our outstanding Cole Plumbing technician that we were so fortunate to have use his expertise addressing our plumbing needs yesterday! He expertly replaced our three aged toilets and handled the heavy work and lifting with a smile. Cole Service Techs have been amazing. The only opportunity for improvement is for the office to call the client when Tech is enroute. The 2 to 4 hour window is too large. Even though the office says they will call, multiple times they have not. Yesterday, they did text. Today, they text 20minutes AFTER arrival of Mike, the Supervisor. Prior to the workers coming in the afternoon, I received multiple text updates and a phone call from Jasmine. 😃. This allowed me to secure my dogs to the backyard prior to Tech arrival. THANK YOU!!! Awesome experience.
