The superman of handyman services. Last minute, I was called out of town and needed to be out of my apartment in a week. No one returned my emails requesting a quote and I was totally hosed. I reached out to Ace. Brian called me same day, reworked their work schedule to work around my timeline, and literally saved the day. Matched the specific paint, understood what I was asking for, and stayed within my budget. I cannot over emphasize how incredible my experience was and recommend to anyone and everyone. Give this man a raise, I trust him with my home!

Great company! I’ve used them several times for various jobs and will use them again. Their handymen are professional and knowledgeable, and Alice and the customer service team are amazing. Most importantly, they stand by their work; I had an issue with a defective smoke detector they installed and they came out and replaced it with a brand new one, no questions asked. 5/5 stars, highly recommend!

I hired them for 2 jobs. 1. They were to install a doggie door panel in place next to my sliding glass door. It took them 20 mins. That went fine except I was told they were going put weather stripping on when they came back. The weather stripping was provided to them because it came with the panel I bought. 2. They were to install a 2nd hand doggie door into the same sliding screen door. They took both of my sliding screen doors with them said they would return. I had to text them and they returned 1 week later. They were to return them both. When I asked where the other one was, he acted confused and said they got rid of it. The sliding screen door with the newly installed 2nd hand doggie door was installed wrong. They tried to blame me. I reminded them that was why I hired them. They took it back. I again had to text them to finish up and return the screen. They returned 1 week later and the doggie door was installed incorrectly again. They APOLOGIZE again and took the screen back. The same thing happened all over again. I had to text them to return my screen and 1 week later they installed it. It took almost 1 month to do the 2 jobs and then upped the price. They told me it would cost me $280 then charged me $350. "We take responsibility for the mess ups." I WILL NOT USE THEM AGAIN AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. BUY BEWARE!!!

Hi back again, I attempted to remove the epoxy that was used on a basic stucco patch to cover a hole when my heater was removed and it is on my 100 year old door frame. I have tried using removers and bought a mask and goggles to sand it. It will not come off! I called you about this and got not reply? I found some brown wood grain tape and will use it on the sides of my door frame. What a poor solution, but it seems the only one. You fixed the stucco patch but the door frame has epoxy on it. I have lovely wood in my home and in this area it is ruined. I am very bitter! I paid $545 to patch an area where a heater was removed It was double sided. It has already cracked and to fix it I would have to pay $145 per hour for them to come back and fix it. They did not even sand it or add texture, that was extra. They also charge you an upfront fee which adds to the total cost and does not go towards their work. Do not use them unless you can pay a lot of money which includes their time on phone calls because they are paid by the hour. The quote does not include any materials. A complete rip off. I was stupid and you should not be! Many other gifted contractors that are honest….I am beyond frustrated with this company. I am going to pursue all ways to take action. This company is not honest.

Was able to cleanly replace an air conditioning unit and build a shelf for our microwave to sit on. AC required some extra work to make it fit right and Luis was able to make it work no problem. Very professional and courteous. Did everything in a timely manner and just a well done job. Would definitely recommend.
