Our garage door spring broke late Thursday afternoon and in trying to open the door manually to get my wife's car out, I managed to bend the belt channel on the opener beyond repair. I called several repair companies, most of which just seemed to be referral services, but Bryan was the only actual contractor I was able to reach. He came to my house late Friday evening, within a few hours of our call, and systematically replaced the springs and opener. He had all of the parts needed with him, was super-efficient, and explained in detail everything he was doing. He didn't leave until 8:00 PM. On a Friday evening! Who does that? Super responsive, super-efficient, and we now have a nice new, QUIET garage door opener. Highly recommended.
