I was very happy with Tommy from Heritage Garage Doors. He responded very quickly; was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. He explained everything and did a great job at a very reasonable price. This is the second time in 24 years I've used them and will definitely call them again when the need arises.
They were very responsive and respectable. They answered all my questions over the phone of what was needed. They said they could have a technician there within two hours. When the technician David Pearson showed up, he was very knowledgeable of what was wrong with my door when giving me my free estimate. He also had all the supplies needed if we did choose to fix it on the spot. I did ask him to replace the internal tension bar with the external spring and he was able to do it in a matter of an hour. So glad he was able to come fix my garage door. Same day to get it working highly recommend for anybody thinking of needing service for the garage door.

We have a few properties and recently used Heritage Garage Door for the third time, and once again, the service was excellent. Our garage door spring broke, leaving the door inoperable, but their team arrived the same day and resolved the issue immediately. Alan, Mark, and Greg were all very professional and worked seamlessly together to assist us with the entire process. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use their services again in the future.
I have called several places before I contacted Heritage. Previous companies came out, opened and closed my door one time and told me I needed a new garage door. Allen came out, spent a considerable amount of time analyzing the problem. He then showed me what he saw so I could clearly see what was going on as well. The quote was fair and he was able to service the door the same day. He did not try to sell me a new door. But if I do need a new door, I will definitely buy from heritage. I will definitely be using this company again. Highly recommend.
