Our patio roof was leaking, with water entering the house. Our tenant, renting the house, was upset, and rightfully so. We hired Paragon Roofing to fix our patio roof, and we couldn't be more pleased with the experience! From the moment we reached out, Paragon Roofing was incredibly responsive and professional. Chris came out in the rain, the same day we called and inspected the roof herself. She also took the time to explain what needed to be done and answered all our questions, which made us and our tenant feel confident in their expertise. What impressed us most was their speed. They completed the entire project in record time—far quicker than we expected. Despite the quick turnaround, the quality of work was exceptional. Not only were we satisfied with their expertise, they went above and beyond to do our large roofing job in just a few short days… from tearing off 30 years of existing material to getting necessary permits from County to the beautiful completion, we couldn’t be more happy with Paragon Roofing Company! One of the best roofing companies I truly have ever worked with! They not only got done efficiently but did an outstanding job as well, better than I could’ve asked for or have ever received from any other company.
