I am extremely disappointed. I have been bringing my dogs to this veterinary office for several years and have always appreciated the care provided by Dr. Ali. I was disappointed when we were transitioned to another doctor who did not provide the same level of care, but my experience today was the final reason I have decided to leave the practice. Three days ago, I called to request copies of my dogs' records and was told they would be available within 24–48 hours. When I called back today, after more than 72 hours had passed, I explained that I needed the records that day. Unfortunately, the interaction I had with Brianna was one of the most unprofessional customer service experiences I have encountered. She was rude, condescending, and spoke to me as though my questions were unreasonable. I simply wanted to understand why I could not receive copies of my own dogs' records without veterinarian approval. Rather than providing a respectful explanation, she spoke down to me throughout the conversation. The situation escalated further when she abruptly hung up on me. I called back and spoke with Angelina, who was somewhat more helpful, but by that point my confidence in the practice had already been lost. Dr. Ali, I am sorry to leave because I have valued the care you provided over the years. However, kindness, professionalism, and respect from staff are just as important as quality veterinary care. This experience has convinced me that it is time to find another veterinary office for my pets.

Wonderful caring people. A Dr off the beaten path who welcomes you and your community cat with open arms. Thank you for taking such great care of her.She’s back with her family of friends. Love you guys. Thanks again so very much..

We took in FIVE KITTENS, 3 males and 1 female ready for their Spay & Neuter service. The lobby was already a little busy, but we got a nice warm welcome and a friendly smile from the receptionist. Our kitties were in separate carriers and soon the side door opened and one by one each kitten was taken to the back. We filled out a few papers and were told that they would give us a call in the afternoon when the kittens were ready for pick up. It’s been a week and kittens are doing fine. I recommend Beach Garfield Veterinary Hospital for your loving Furballs!

I have been going to Beach Garfield Vet for over 12 years, and they have always taken great care of my cats. Recently, I brought my younger cat in because she was sick and needed help. Dr. Ally was great! He was patient, kind, and took the time to run the necessary tests to figure out what was going on. He explained everything clearly and made sure my cat received the care she needed. Thanks to his help, she is doing great now and is back to her normal self. I’m very grateful for the care and compassion shown to both me and my cat. I highly recommend Beach Garfield Vet to anyone looking for a trustworthy veterinary clinic.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I absolutely love Beach Garfield Veterinary Hospital. They’ve treated several of my animals over the years, and every time they’ve been incredibly thorough, kind, and patient. You can tell they genuinely care—not just about the pets, but about the people too. That kind of compassion is rare, and it’s so refreshing to experience. They recently took care of my foster kitten, Indy, and I couldn’t be more grateful. Five stars, always. I wouldn’t take my animals anywhere else. THANK YOU ALL!
