I just got two beautiful 7‑week‑old puppies, and I didn’t want to take them to my old vet. I found BrookHurst Animal Medical on Google, and their good reviews convinced me to give them a try. They did not disappoint. Everyone was incredibly kind, especially the vet technician. She was so sweet and handled the puppies with such care. The doctor did an excellent job explaining all the vaccines and the best timing for neutering and spaying. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.
We brought our very sick cat in without an appointment and they found a way to fit us in quickly. From the moment we arrived the entire team was kind, patient, and reassuring. They explained every option clearly and made sure we had all the information we needed to make the best decision for our pet. Even during such a stressful moment we felt heard and supported. We are so grateful for the care and compassion they showed our cat and our family. Highly recommend.
I have a 10 week puppy I suspected had worms and took advantage of their walk-in on Sunday’s advertisement. The whole staff were so nice, The office and rooms were very clean, everyone was very attentive to our concerns. I’m so glad we got our puppy Winston established with them!
