I LOVE this place! BLU is attended and loved by the entire staff! I am so happy I found this vet. I promise you will not regret it. They truly do follow up, they will remind you of shots and when you walk in they all give you there full attention. Thank you guys for being amazing! Blu aka Megatron is lucky to have you all!
Thought we were losing our family pet .I was in a total panic. I called the clinic and the tech was very understanding and sympathetic. She patiently listened with understanding and offered solutions and support. I am very grateful because she gave me time to go from panic to calm in making the right decisions.?our pet is currently doing Great!!’ Almost back to her old self. Thank you !!
This place is fantastic caring and gave great service to my dog the price was reasonable I am very happy I am definitely gonna start coming here for my dog . My dog is up and moving around thank you
Everyone here is super-awesome. They were able to diagnose my pooch and give me the meds to make her feel better. We were so worried about our fur baby. And she is so much happier now. Thank you so much!
This vet offers competent care but lacks overall compassion, effective client communication and understanding. My overall experience has been frustrating and for that 2/5 stars. We took our shipoo here when we noticed gait changes and increased pain upon touch. We had the displeasure of Dr Chung and his blunt delivery. “He’s paralyzed”. There were tears almost instantly in which he proceeded to tell us the treatment plan. I asked for steroids as part of our treatment plan but was told he needed labs, got the labs and was told everything was normal but was discharged with NSAIDs, gabapentin and a muscle relaxant. Called to ask why not the steroid and when I was told labs were normal to then be told by the front desk that “he must of seen something that’s probably why”. Okay sure (only later to discover you can’t give steroids and nsaids together for dogs….not explained to us). Second visit with Dr Chung was unremarkable, compassion 0. Moved onto a visit with Dr Yatabe thinking a change in vet may improve our feelings here. My appointment was at 2:30 and I left at 4PM. After going through the list of questions by the vet tech. She then returned to inquire why we’re not seeing Dr. Chung. Explained it to her and then was told that Yatabe would have to take time to look into the chart to figure out what’s going on and wanted to take our dog to the back for a physical exam….. That took 40 minutes past our visit time for her to do, which was expedited, we believe by our voiced disdain. If you’re running behind communicate that and just put my little guy back in the room with me. I don’t want to hear him cry. Despite asking for him back, he still wasn’t returned. She eventually entered, rigidly, obviously irritated by us wondering why it was taking so long. There was mutual disdain on both sides at this point but despite that she did answer all our questions and we remained civil. However at that moment I knew I was never coming back here. Lastly, after the visit ended we still waited an additional 15 minutes to get our dog back. I asked if they were holding him because we haven’t paid? And the front desk said “we don’t do that”… well I have asked 4 times now to get my dog…and was met with silence. She told me it was to see if I wanted to clean his ears… sure… 55 minutes held separately for an ear cleaning I’m an NP my mothers a nurse my brothers a pharmacist. We don’t treat our patients this dispassionately, and I was saddened to be on the other side in such a negative and offensive way. The best review is to give your business elsewhere and I’m sure they’ll be happy to let us go, it’s not like they’ve shown they care.
