First time here with my cat Kiwi, and she went from feral to indoor. Was totally surprised that she was so comfortable with the surroundings. Although she was a handful for the staff, they did everything with as gentle as possible and with transparency. I'm so grateful for their patience, my cat is healthy, and was taken care of as well as any spicy kitty can be taken care of 🐈
We were so happy with our experience here. The doctor was very nice and explained everything and gave us great care. Also the front desk staff was very nice on the phone and offered to waive our deposit if we had to get our dog into another doctor before our appointment 5 stars
