Amber Dougherty was an amazing agent to work with through the entire process of purchasing my beautiful home and starting a new chapter in my life. Her goal was to understand my needs and find a home that was comfortable for me, my daughter and my dogs. She scheduled appointments for me to view homes very quickly and within my busy schedule. She was easy to talk to and there was no pressure at all. She eased my mind with any questions or concerns that I had. She looked at all of the market trends and guided me towards making a competitive offer that was accepted by the sellers within a few hours, with other offers on the table. We entered into a two week seamless escrow. Amber was with me every step of the way scheduling the inspection, repairs and providing me referrals for moving. She responded immediately to all of my questions regarding the HOA and escrow. Here’s a unique review: We just completed a real estate deal with Lane Stone, whom we never met! All our conversations were on the phone or via text and email, because my wife and I are out of state and the house is in California. We found Lane online and from the first phone conversation, we were confident he was the right guy. We talked to three other reps before we went with him, and there was absolutely no comparison. In fact, one was so clueless that she talked about listing an all-cash, as-is sale on MLS!! From the very start, Lane understood completely what we wanted to do, and we relied on his expertise and guidance throughout the process. Any real estate transaction is stressful, and sellers never think they got enough money, but we trusted his judgment and think we made the best deal possible. As I told him, I would hate to think about doing this with anyone else! Lane was totally accessible, even on weekends and holidays. In addition to being extremely competent, he is a great communicator! We looked forward to talking with him! He even paid for the clean-out of the property, because we had a lot of stuff / junk that needed to be hauled away. As you can tell, we can’t say enough good things about Lane Stone, and we would add a sixth star if we could! He gets our highest recommendation!

Lane and his team... Tawny, Winston, Gary, Catalina, Joanne, They are all second to absolutely no one. Through every step of the entire, and very intimidating process of buying a home, the whole team were easy to deal with, kind, and always willing to help. They made the process of buying a home manageable and easy. My wife and I are first time home buyers, so we were very anxious about the process because we simply did not know what we didn't know. Lane and his team came highly recommended from people I work with, so we went with them. Not only did Lane spend time with us to educate us about the process, but his team was always there to help us along. The process began over a year ago, but hit a bit of a stall because of funding issues on our end. But even after several months, Lane remembered my wife and I and we got through the finding, offer/acceptance, and escrow process without a hitch - all with the help of him and his amazing team. Every member of his team made it known to us very clearly that they were looking out for our needs and never pressured us for anything. They always wanted us to feel comfortable with the process and happy with our decisions. To that end, they really went above and beyond to answer all our questions. Even their recommendations for homeowners insurance, home inspectors, lenders, and home cleaners were great. They know that they their recommendations carry weight so its as though even the recommendations were curated. The team at Sackin-Stone are full of integrity and they are always willing to help. Simply put, you can't go wrong with them. We will never go with anyone else in the future for selling/buying a home. As long as Sackin-Stone exists, we will always work with them. So...
