ZERO STARS. COMPANY IS INCOMPETENT, UNCOMMUNICATIVE, DO NOT UNDERSTAND ENGLISH AND WORST LEASING AGENCY EVER. All personnel will not answer questions in person, on the phone, or over email. If they respond, answers are delayed. Anyone who answers the phone tries/hangs up on you as soon as possible. Personnel do not understand English and will answer your question with an unrelated answer. When asked direct and detailed questions, they are unwilling to answer and like to waste your time with forcing you to come into the office for them to not have any answers and to deal with their staff who doesn't understand English. The company constantly likes to waste your time with driving to the office when the question could have been answered on the phone. Oh wait, phone calls don't work since they like to try to hang up on you, so then you have to waste gas driving to their office. This company has no idea what the process is and will change procedures in the middle and claim that's what it was all along even though they emailed with you with different directions initially. You may even speak to the same person you spoke to 1 hour ago, and they will have a complete brain wipe of what property, rent costs, rental agreement, landlord, etc. The company will direct questions to the landlord for answers but will not give any contact information of said landlord, so you are once again stuck in leasing purgatory. The company is also outdated and do not know how to use email or any technology and do not know how to encrypt/unencrpyt emails. Any sensitive data you have to drive in or just hope a hacker doesn't steal your identity through unecrypted emails. I've rented from a multitude of places, but this takes the cake of worst leasing agnecy because of how convoluted and slow they are. All in all, if you're bored and want to waste time and money, use them! If not, stay as far away from them as you can. You'd have better luck talking to your dog on how to rent a place. The dog at least understands English.
