This place gets busy and we have received nothing but stellar service. The ladies at the front desk are extremely nice and seem to work well under pressure. Dr. Cody is awesome! I was a walk in the first time and they saw us right away and then made appointments after that. I recommend 100%. Great prices and service. Not sure why other reviews say it's a dirty clinic? This place seems pretty clean to me and as a pregnant lady with a super sensitive sense of smell, I can assure you there are NO smells.

Have waited over 2 hours both times and they don't do appts. Front desk doesn't tell accurate info on the phone. Still good value for most things so worth it if you have multiple pets or caretaking needs. Other humane societies do appts for similar price hence the lower star.

Being honest, I'm terribly disappointed with the level of service that I've gotten this time. I started calling last week each time not being able to get through to anybody leaving a message each day. Never had a return call. Thursday I actually walked in and their response was, they're very busy.. Wow. Now that I was there I told them all I needed was to get my puppies flea control for the next month. It's one pill. The girl said okay thank you we will call you when it's ready.That was Thursday. And as of today, still no call.. Not cool to not get a return call after leaving 3 messages and now 3 days later after walking in, still no call indictating its ready for me to pick up. Its should not take a week. Not impressed. . All I can say is thank God it's not a dire situation whereas my last dog was kept alive on medication she had a severe heart condition because if that was the case we'd be in big trouble... she'd be dead by now. Now that isn't the case I understand but a week just to get a 30-day flea control pill, come on. I wonder after leaving this review, if I'll ever hear from them. Let's hope they don't check they certainly don't have time to be checking LOL

They do not care about the cleanliness of the clinic outside and inside it should be marked with sterilization materials and the floors, as there is dust and dog smells everywhere. The waiting period takes hours to get service at a reasonable price. They are very welcoming and all kind
