Eddie and his crew with Champion Aire came out on short notice in the recent heat wave and set me up with a great deal and provided a Saturday install. Really appreciate the care and detail that he ana his crew provided. Firstly, scheduling an appointment was a breeze. Kuya eddie and Anthony were friendly and accommodating, finding a convenient time for the repair technician to visit my home. When the technician arrived, they were punctual and professional. They quickly diagnosed the issue with my AC unit and provided a clear explanation of what needed to be done to fix it. I appreciated their transparency and expertise. The repair itself was completed efficiently, with the technician working diligently to ensure everything was in proper working order before leaving. The quality of their workmanship was evident. I highly recommend champion air heating and conditioning.
I was doing what I thought would be a simple self-install of a new Nest thermostat. (I’ve done it before with no issues) However, something happened and I lost all power to the thermostat. After checking the breakers and trying to troubleshoot connections myself, I was at a loss. Fortunately and thankfully, the team at Champion Aire were able to come the same afternoon and solve the issue. They also were able to do a complete AC service. Thank you to Eddie, Alan and Anthony for the quick response and excellent customer service. The price was reasonable for what they did. I highly recommend them!
Professional, respectful, knowledgeable and extremely hard working describe both Anthony and Robert. They went above and beyond what I expected, even covering all of the carpet where they walked on. After replacing the AC unit and compressor, my house is super cool and the unit is extremely quiet. Before and after the installation, I have checked the prices of Champion Aire's competitors and no one comes close to their prices. I am truly thankful that I chose them and they are the only AC company that I will recommend to my family and friends.
