Usually I don’t want to spend my time to leave a bad feedback, but for this Westminster mall target I really need to complain to the employees. I only visit this location for 3 times but each time they made me very uncomfortable. The first time I ordered a product online and picked up in-store. The employee brought me the product with an obvious dent. I told her to change another one for me, but she said it’s located on the second floor and she couldn’t go there(I have no idea why she couldn’t), and she asked me to go to the 2nd floor to get it by myself. When I got there I found it’s out of stock on the shelf. I asked an employee and she couldn’t answer me the question at all. Later I found another employee and he finally brought me a new one from the back. I’m supposed to pick up my online order very quick but this took me an extra hour to get my order. The second time I used coupon to buy formula for my baby, but the cashier didn’t know how to use it. He brought his manager to help but the manager couldn’t run the coupon properly either. When I got home I realized that they didn’t return all the coupon to me, they lost my $15 coupon. I was so sad. The third time I visited there I checked out at the cashier. He asked me if I need a bag but I couldn’t hear very clearly at first, and he asked me again with very bad attitude that sounds like I am stupid. I said I only want one bag but he charged me two bags. Also this guy kept talking to another employee while he was checking out my stuff. The employees here are very rude and lack of training. I feel so disappointed. PLEASE TEACH YOUR EMPLOYEES HOW TO BE NICE TO CUSTOMERS!!!
Everyone that works at the store is awesome! They’re helpful and strive to keep the store clean and organized! Managers are always helpful. Starbucks is always on point!! Even the pharmacy personnel is professional and helpful! Love love my local Target store!! Please don’t ever close!
I used to like shopping here, until I encountered Giselle at the “Customer Service” desk. She hates her job. Why are you leaving this person “in charge” of your store? Not only did she not address my concerns, she didn’t speak at all. Just stared at me with a “I don’t give a crap” look and did not address any of my concerns. She is clearly not equipped or competent enough to engage with customers, much less be “in charge” of the store when she cares nothing about it or the customers who shop there.
As a frequent shopper since I live two mins away. Friendly service and clean. Love holiday hours!
They have a homeless woman sleeping/living in a black sedan with no back license plates in the lot in front of the store. She’s there all day always parked in the same spot and often looks like she’s passed out behind the wheel. I don’t know why a business would allow that
