I had a great experience at this dental office. Amanda was especially helpful. She was kind, professional, and made the visit feel comfortable from start to finish. The staff was welcoming and everything was well organized. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for quality dental care.
On Wednesday, I had a filling at Lotus Dental Clinic in Westminster. The dentist administered anesthesia, but when he removed the syringe, the remaining anesthetic fluid flowed onto my lips. At that time, the dentist did not say anything like “I’m sorry.” Instead, he continued with the filling procedure. During the filling process, I felt as if my lips had been rubbed multiple times by the dentist’s gloves, causing discomfort. After the filling was completed, I looked in the mirror and saw a large blister on my lips. I then asked Ms. Wendy, who spoke both Chinese and Vietnamese at the dental clinic, if there was any medication to treat the blister on my lips. When she saw the blister on my lips, her first response was that I had bitten it myself. It was clearly caused by the repeated rubbing of the anesthetic solution and gloves during the filling procedure. Later, the dentist examined my lips and also said it was my fault, refusing to acknowledge his own responsibility and offering no apology. At that moment, I was furious. I stood up from my seat and approached the door. Ms. Wendy told me that I couldn’t stand there; there were cameras. Another dentist, Ken Tran, insisted that Ms. Wendy should drive us away. They denied their wrongdoing and falsely accused me. Their attitude was not only unpleasant but also insincere. Finally, they suggested taking oral Motrin and applying Vaseline. I asked what to do if the problem didn’t improve. Ms. Wendy replied that I should call 911. I was truly speechless! How could there be a woman at Lotus Dental Clinic in Westminster with such a poor attitude and a tendency to shift the blame?
I can not put into words how unprofessional and rude these workers are. They use under experienced interns to handle operations and fail at maintaining professionalism and hospitality. The workers have called me and my husband out of work hours multiple times and show extreme unprofessionalism. They force and push lucrative contracts that screw you over. The worker Amanda has been extremely rude, pushy, and inconsistent I would not recommend coming here.
I honestly had such a great experience here! The staff are really nice, welcoming, and professional. I started off with Invisalign, but it just wasn’t for me. They were super understanding and let me switch to braces instead, and it honestly changed my life. My smile looks amazing now, and I couldn’t be happier. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking to get their teeth fixed!
Did not enjoy my experience at Lotus Dental. Went in with an open mind, it seemed pretty busy so I was okay with not having the best customer service. When I got into a room with Son Nguyen, he examined me for only a minute before I had to speak to a receptionist. Amanda Nguyen was rude and condescending. She scoffed at a question I had about the process and was only nice to me when I was about to leave. Unpleasant experience from both the doctor and other staff. My cousin had a good experience, but I did not.
