I feel like they need to put more cheese and toppings. I even when I get a 2 topping pizza with double meatballs it just seems like they give me a 1 topping so you have to choose a different second topping and on 1/3rd of the pizza, the cheese and toppings don't get very close to the edge so everything is in the middle and there's almost 2 inches of burnt crust. I always get them to go now and add more toppings and cheese at home and rebake them.

came in with my son. been here multiple times no issues. waited to he served for 5 min no one at the front. this is supposed to be a make your own pizza place. did not add a lot of cheese like i requested in the past. just gave me an excuse why they cannot add more cheese. not going to be coming here again. not happy with the customer service.

I have food allergies and digestive issues. I have always ordered a calzone here but because I cannot have dairy (including cheese) or digest fats of any kind, they’ve always accommodated me by putting sauce inside the calzone so I wouldn’t end up with just dry vegetables and crust. Until tonight, that is. They said they can’t put sauce inside and were not willing to accommodate me in any way. There’s no reason why they couldn’t do it. When the calzone is sealed closed nothing leaks out and sauce is cheaper for them to use than cheese. Makes no sense. My party and I left, never to return. What ever happened to customer service? We went somewhere else for dinner.

11/29/2024 Stopped in to Pieology with my sister and my daughter to grab a bite to eat. I treated and helped my sister order (being her first time to Pieology.) She ordered one of Pieology's signature creations, being the Chicken Bacon Ranch. She loved it, and the concept! How you can make your own creation. She however liked the Chicken Bacon Ranch, and went with that one. My daughter just got a cookie, as we weren't as hungry as my sister. Dining hall was clean neat and organized. Facilities were clean and maintained. Staff were amazingly courteous and helpful! Customer service was on point. Food was delicious as always! Absolutely a 5-star rating! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thank you Pieology! Thank you Carl Chang! Will definitely return many times! - Michael Montoya

I went to Pieology for my Birthday this month and it was my first time at this location. The Service from 🙏🏽 Dylan the shift manager was amazing and top notch. He even took the time to put my girlfriends pizza back in the oven and add toppings.🙌🏾 Chris is A true Artist and master of the pizza craft he built me & my girlfriends pizza is beyond what I would of expected. My brother told me about the pielogy rewards and I signed up definitely worth it and they will have my business and time for Life... Thank you both for making my Birthday a Special one🙏🏽🙌🏾👊🏽🍻🎂 Greg
