Cakes here are great! Yes! but I ordered two triple tower cakes as gifts for two different people and politely asked for two paper bags, but the staff refused, saying they might run short on bags. Like what? Disappointing
Maybe Bundt cakes are underrated, but this place is consistently good and has fresh cakes ready for special occasions. Like others, this one is in a strip mall with plenty of parking. The staff are always helpful with suggestions. Great place!
I would strongly encourage you to retrain your staff on maintaining professional and respectful communication with delivery drivers. The drivers are independent professionals, not your employees or children, and it is concerning to see them spoken to in a condescending manner. Give them a minute to do their job before implying they’re thieves or imbeciles. I witnessed this behavior firsthand and found it inappropriate and unprofessional. Based on what I observed, I understand why delivery drivers may feel dissatisfied and unhappy in their roles. I will be reporting this matter to the relevant food delivery companies for further review.
Amazing customer service!!! Not to mention super delicious and beautiful cakes! I ordered a cake for my cousin’s small wedding and being the first time I’ve ordered from them, I made the mistake of ordering light drizzle instead of drizzle. Although the cake looked nice, it wasn’t what I was expecting for the perfect wedding cake. Karen, the manager, was so understand and gracious! I was pretty upset about my own mistake but she went out of her way to make it right! They comped me a new cake, the way I intended on ordering it, and all within 2 hours! I can’t thank them enough and will certainly be back many many times! Thank you Nothing Bundt Cakes for making my cousin’s wedding day perfect!
Avoid this location at all costs. Rude manager who is rude and dismissive. I have been a loyal customer for years, but unfortunately due to my bad experience, I will not be coming back in the future. I would recommend going to any other location.
