Date: May 10, 2026 Mother's Day Celebration 🎊🎉❤️💐🌺🌹🍰🎂🥰😊😘😍🤤 This is our first time ordering cake from this location. It's our second time eating this cake for a celebration. The first time we tried it was on my mother's birthday last year. When one of my older sister celebrated her birthday on February 9, 2025. And this time around we got it for Mother's Day on May 10, 2026. I asked my older brother about what cakes do my mother like and he suggested that she liked this cake from Long Phung Bakery. So my significant other decided to go purchase this one for her. My mother had her own small group party with some of her adult children, grandkids, and her in law to celebrate Mother's Day together. ❤️💐🌺🌹🍰🎂🥰😊 My significant other also got one for his lovely mother as well since his younger brother was throwing a Mother's Day get together(big group party). It included his beautiful mother, sister-in-law mother, older sister, older brother's, younger brother, sister-in-laws, brother-in-law, nieces, nieces children, nephew, brother's friends, sister's friend, and etc. We realized later that the cake he got for his mother was too small for all the people who showed up. 😢 Next time he'll get a bigger one. ❤️💐🌺🌹🍰🎂🥰😘😊 The bakery can be a bit crowded since they are located inside a flower shop. I am disappointed upon opening the cake box to see that the lady ruin one of the cakes with a misspelled word. She should of told me that she misspelled it. I could of suggest her to at least fill it in as a heart shaped emoji. So she can try to squeeze the M into it without even noticing their was a mistake. I know she tried to fix it but it ruins the fact you are giving it to a loved one assuming that everything is spelled correctly and neatly put together. Both cakes arrived to the Mother's damaged. Eventhough we carefully drove and got it to the respected mothers as soon as possible... 😭😭😭😭😭😭 I guess the cake wasn't so put together as I thought it would be. I really do enjoyed the light suitable flavors from the whipped cream frosting, the airy sponge cake, the flaky center and the fresh fruits on top. It's very refreshing and scrumptious. Definitely worth your money and time. Just make sure they spell everything correctly before she tape it closed. Be very cautious when transporting it. You can get a fruit cake tart with the options of one or two sponge cake layers("cover layers" to hold up the whole set of fresh fruits layered as an options), flaky & crispy center, two or three layers of whipped cream frosting, and lastly the fresh fruits layer on top. I would definitely recommend this Bakery if your loved ones enjoy light sweetness from the whipped cream frosting, refreshing fruits, airy sponge cake, and a flaky center. It's a must try. Give them a chance and you'll probably fall in love with it. Everyone has different taste buds and experiences. So be cautious of it. Try them at your own risk!! Be your own judge. Updated: June 21, 2026 Father's Day Celebration We've decided to get a father's day cake for this year Father's Day Celebration on June 21, 2026. They made the cake heavier with custard cream filling, I think. The filling was creamy, light, and tasty. I do prefer the other types of fresh fruit toppings that was for this year Mother's Day Celebration on May 10, 2026 though. This is my personal preference. They still misspell the words. We're still going to eat it anyway. So next time we will not tell them to write on it. Because they never can get it right every time they asked to write something on it. We did get a freebie this time around which is a coconut flavor cookie tin. The cookie tin is so small, cute, and adorable. I wished they can give us both or sold one of it on the side so we can have both flavors. I wasn't sure if they will sell it on the side. You'll probably have to asked them. We were in a rush so we had to hurry up and grab the cake and go. Freebies are the BEST!! 🥰
I had a very disappointing experience at this bakery. The owner was extremely rude and unprofessional during the interaction, which made me feel very uncomfortable as a customer. Also, the cake cream tasted like non-dairy/vegetable cream instead of fresh dairy cream, and the quality was far below my expectations. The texture and flavor felt artificial and not worth the price. Definitely not the level of service or quality I expected. I would not come back.
We originally thought we’d go the traditional American cake route for our wedding, but honestly, it just wasn’t us. So we went back to what we know and love: Asian sponge cakes with fresh fruit and that nostalgic crisp in the middle. From the very beginning, Tina and her team were so accommodating. They even delivered to our venue in Fallbrook outside of their normal delivery times, which we can’t thank them enough for. The taste was exactly what we hoped for: that light, airy sponge that isn’t overly sweet, layered with fresh sugared fruit and crunch. All our guests loved it with some who grew up with this style of cake, and others who were trying it for the very first time and couldn’t stop raving about it. But the best part? Their artistry. We gave them an inspiration photo of a classic vintage full sheet cake with lots of piping and the clear red piping for the words, just like our parents’ wedding cakes from back in the day. They absolutely nailed it. Not only was it delicious, but it was deeply meaningful to see those memories carried forward into our own wedding. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely amazing experience with this bakery! I ordered a custom birthday cake for my daughter, and it turned out even better than I imagined. The design was beautiful, detailed, and exactly what we asked for. Not only did it look stunning, but it tasted incredible—moist, flavorful, and perfectly sweet. You can tell they use high-quality ingredients and put a lot of love into their work. The staff was friendly, professional, and made the whole process so easy. Everyone at the party was impressed! I highly recommend this bakery for any special occasion—especially custom cakes!
This bakery has the best cakes. My family has been going there for over 25 years and counting. My sister gifted us the fruit cake for my daughter's baby shower and everyone loved it.
