If you're sick of working out at a crowded globo gym, this is def the spot. App access to the front door to workout whenever makes this the only gym like this in the area. Love that I can workout in a private gym without having to deal with waiting for machines etc. They also have a bunch of classes.

The trainers and staff are passionate about what they do, and they really care about helping their clients achieve their fitness goals. The atmosphere is welcoming and supportive, and the small group classes mean that you get a lot of individual attention and guidance. The gym itself is clean, well-maintained, and has all the equipment you need for a good workout. Whether you're looking for high-intensity interval training, strength training, or something else, there's a class that will suit your needs. And because the classes are small, the trainers are able to modify the workouts to accommodate different fitness levels and any injuries or limitations you might have. In addition to the classes, the gym also offers personalized nutrition coaching and support, which I found to be really helpful. The trainers are knowledgeable and can provide you with guidance on how to fuel your body properly for your workouts and overall health. Overall, I would highly recommend this small group class fitness gym to anyone looking for a fun, supportive, and effective way to get fit in Orange County. Whether you're a seasoned athlete or just starting out on your fitness journey, you'll find something here that will challenge you and help you achieve your goals.

Neighborhood gym is a great facility with amazing members and coaches. The group classes are for every level of fitness from someone just starting there fitness journey to people who have been working out for years. The coaches are very knowledgeable and can tailor a workout for every fitness level. I have been going to this gym since it opened and the coaches and members are very friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this gym for anyone looking to get in shape or anyone looking for a new fitness routine.

Great vibes and community at Neighborhood Gym. I especially love the performance class. The coaches there are awesome and they make sure that the workouts are scaleable to your level but they also push you to improve each time you’re there. I definitely recommend this gym to everyone in all levels of fitness.
