The quality of food was subpar. The guacamole was not well prepared and I found whole Avocado pieces in it. The fajitas were overcooked and bad.
Chipotle is reliable for good quick food. Some of them are not the greatest in dining room experience. This was ok. The diner is expected to fend for themselves.
We sat outside on the patio. It was nice and the cashier wiped it down for us. The employees were ready to work so that's a good sign On 8/5 (today) we went back and damn CHIPOTLE DID NOT DISAPPOINT! MY husband was super hungry and was total happy with today's portion size. There are time he feels ripped off but not today! We did order extras.
Placed an online order to support Webber Elementary School on the website but there was no where to enter the code. Talked to 2 employees inside the store on how to add the code. They were adamant that they couldn't do anything. Asked if they could cancel the order and I'd order again in store with the code. Again told me they couldn't do anything and I need to cancel on the app. Went back to the website to cancel but the live agent on the support feature wouldn't respond to my messages. Refreshed a couple times and the AI agent just gave me random options without transferring to another live agent. Super disappointed in Chipotle. The only reason I even ordered was to support the school. Never going back again as you guys can't even honor that.
This is the second time I order from this store and the 2nd time they have not given us our guacamole!!! We’ve paid for guacamole each time but for some reason they never give it to us. It’s extremely frustrating and we will never be getting our food here again. Terrible service.
