I rarely leave reviews, but this experience deserves one as a warning to others. This auto parts shop has serious customer service issues, and unfortunately one employee in particular made the visit unbearable. From the moment I asked a simple question, I was met with dismissiveness, impatience, and a clear lack of basic professionalism. Instead of helping, he acted as if customers were an inconvenience. Information given was either incorrect or delivered with obvious indifference, and when I tried to clarify, the attitude only got worse. No effort to assist, no accountability, no respect, just a rushed and careless approach that makes you question whether they value customers at all. Mistakes happen in any business. Poor attitude is a choice. And this employee consistently chose the worst possible one. I’m not questioning anyone’s character, just stating that based on my experience, the service was unacceptable, and I won’t be returning. Management should seriously reconsider who they put on the front line, because one bad interaction is enough to lose customers permanently. Take your business elsewhere if you value respectful and competent service.
Best auto parts by far they are very helpful and don't mind sharing their knowledge and their prices are lower and parts are better quality than all the places I've been to. I'm glad I came across Quality Auto Parts...
Excellent prices, and they’re open on Sundays
Very nice people and very large in store inventory. You will likely get your part immediately. Prices are good. Door is in the alley in back. They have what you need or will get it. I've come in with very odd requests for English cars. They figure it out and I get it. They're the best. Reward yourself and give them a try. Have fun!!
Was less expensive than any of the other auto parts stores around... my part was ready when I was promised and the people working there were friendly, professional, and efficient. I would recommend this place to anyone needing auto parts
